Closing in on Jimenez Murder Conviction - 10/22/08
After nearly two months in Superior Court Judge Salem Ahto's Morristown courtroom, Senior Trial Counsel John McNamara lays out his final argument in the Porfirio Saravia Jimenez case in October. Jimenez was later convicted of murder in the death of 10 year old Morristown resident Walter Enrique Contreras Valenzuela. The boy failed to return home on May 20, 2001. On May 22, 2001, the body of the victim was discovered in a wooded area off Cory Road in Morristown.
